TERMINI E CONDIZIONI RENTAL

1 TERMS AGREEMENT

  • These General Conditions (hereinafter "General Conditions") govern the methods and terms with which DEMETRA MILANO, with registered office in via Busto Arsizio 15, 00188, Rome, VAT number 13333221003, in the person of its legal representative (hereinafter indicated as “Renter” or “DEMETRA MILANO”) provides consumers (“Customers”) with the rental and/or purchase service of individual items of clothing (“Service”) on the Web Platform www.demetramilano-rental.com, hereinafter the (“Site”). DEMETRA MILANO is the only person responsible for any activity carried out on the Site and/or through the Site and, therefore, in general also for any service, even ancillary, provided to Customers by virtue of the Site. Before proceeding to the conclusion of the rental contract, it is necessary to register on the Site. These General Conditions apply exclusively to the rental and remote sales through the Site of the products fully illustrated and described on the Site. The information referred to in these General Conditions and the details contained in the Site do not constitute an offer to the public, but a simple invitation to formulate an order proposal.
  • The rental contract ("Contract") is considered concluded upon completion of the entirety of the successful transaction with consequent receipt of a confirmation email and order summary and approval of these General Conditions of Contract. The Contract is a contract concluded remotely pursuant to art. 50 et seq. of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 («Consumer Code») and has as its object the rental and/or sale, as well as the related related services, of products between the Renter and the Customer, upon payment of a price (the “Service”).
  • DEMETRA MILANO is the only manager of the Site through which it offers Customers the rental service and possible subsequent sale of jewelery (from now on "Product" or "Products") owned by DEMETRA MILANO. The Customer therefore intends to rent the jewels according to the terms and methods set out in these General Conditions. The essential characteristics of the Products are indicated on the Site, within the sheets relating to each Product. However, the images and colors of the Products may not correspond to the real ones due to the Internet browser and monitor used. The Customer acknowledges and accepts that the images of the Products shown on the Product page of the Site may not entirely correspond to the actual Product also due to monitor color displays or normal wear and tear of the Product.
  • DEMETRA MILANO intends to accept the order proposal for rental and sale and provide the related services, upon payment of the agreed fee. Consequently, no contract will exist between the Customer and DEMETRA MILANO until the order proposal is explicitly accepted by DEMETRA MILANO by sending the order and shipping confirmation.
  • By using the Site and the Service, the Customer accepts these Terms and Conditions, the content of the documents, rules, provisions and procedures referred to in them, making them binding on the Customer, and undertakes to respect them.
  • These General Conditions are binding between the Customer and DEMETRA MILANO when:
  • – the Customer receives confirmation of account registration from DEMETRA MILANO;
  •  the Customer places an order proposal and then uses the Services referred to on the Site.
  • If the Customer does not agree with these Terms and Conditions, he may refrain from using the Site and the related Services offered. We recommend that you print a paper copy or save a pdf copy of the following Terms and Conditions for future reference.

2 MODIFICATION OF TERMS

  • DEMETRA MILANO reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. In the event of changes to these Terms and Conditions, the Terms will apply to the purchase made Conditions published on the Site at the time the order proposal is sent by the Customer. It will be possible to check any previous versions of the Terms and Conditions in the appropriate section of the Site, which will be saveable and printable. Such changes will be documented in this section of the Site which is the responsibility of visitors and Customers to check each time they use the Site or the Services.
  • The Customer is required, before submitting the order proposal, to read and accept these Terms and Conditions. The forwarding of the Order Proposal implies full knowledge and express acceptance of both these Terms and Conditions and what is indicated in the order proposal.

3 REGISTRATION

  • You can register for the Service only if you are at least 18 years of age and resident in Italy. The product offers on the The site is aimed at adult customers. By placing an order through the Site, the Customer guarantees that he or she is over 18 years of age and has the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
  • To sign up for the Service, the Customer will need to provide their name, address, contact number, email address, payment details and any other identifying data requested. By providing such data, the Customer confirms that the information provided is his, accurate, complete and up-to-date. The Customer will be identified through the data entered by him/her. It is forbidden to provide false and/or invented data: DEMETRA MILANO is exempt from any liability in this regard.
  • The Customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of his account information on the Site. When approving the registration, DEMETRA MILANO may request additional information from you, including, but not limited to, a copy of your passport, driving license, utility bills and social media records, in order to fully validate your identity. 
  • DEMETRA MILANO reserves the right to refuse any order request from Customers who have not passed the criteria suitability present in the following Terms and Conditions.
  • The responsibility for the security of the information and access to one's reserved area lies exclusively with the person to whom the itself refers. The Customer is responsible for all activities, including purchases of services made, regardless of whether he authorized them or not. DEMETRA MILANO assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access or use.
  • It is your responsibility to notify us of any known or suspected unauthorized use or access to your account.
  • Confirmation of registration on the Site may take up to one business day. DEMETRA MILANO will confirm the status of the registration via email.
  • DEMETRA MILANO has the right to suspend, terminate or remove a customer account at any time, at its own discretion , for any of the reasons whether or not defined in these terms. If an account is suspended/investigated for loss or damage to a Product, the Customer is required to pay the full amount due in order to restore access to their account.
  • Registration on the Site becomes effective when the Customer, after having entered the requested data and followed the procedure registration, you will receive a confirmation of your registration via e-mail.

4 SECURITY DEPOSIT

  • After registering, a SECURITY DEPOSIT will be requested and then charged at the time of payment which will be retained by DEMETRA MILANO until the Products are returned and their status is subsequently verified. 
  • This amount will be indicated as a separate item from the rental cost. This amount will be retained by DEMETRA MILANO and credited back to the payment method used by the Customer.
  • Depending on the payment used, the SECURITY DEPOSIT amount will be credited back to the Customer via bank transfer or Pay Pal payment. Specify in the notes when registering the Payment Method the IBAN of the Current Account to which you wish to receive the SECURITY DEPOSIT credit, in case of payment by credit card. In case of payment with Pay Pal, DEMETRA MILANO will send a new Pay Pal to the Customer with the amount due. The SECURITY DEPOSIT will be retained for the entire duration of the rental and until the final verification of the condition of the Product. As soon as the suitability of the Product has been verified, DEMETRA MILANO will send a confirmation email to the Customer with receipt of the bank transfer made by DEMETRA MILANO. In the case of crediting via Pay Pal payment, the Customer will receive a Pay Pal confirmation email which will be used as evidence for the return of the SECURITY DEPOSIT to the Customer by DEMETRA MILANO.
  • As is known, in payments made via Pay Pal, there is a withholding for Pay Pal commission as a percentage of the amount, which will be paid by the Customer upon return of the SECURITY DEPOSIT by DEMETRA MILANO. 
  • This percentage will not be refunded to the Customer by DEMETRA MILANO as DEMETRA MILANO will not hold the Customer responsible for the same percentage withheld by Pay Pal during the initial payment phase. 

5 FEES, PAYMENTS AND EXPENSES

  • All payments on the Site are in Euros and include VAT.
  • Customer gives preliminary approval to confirm that their debit/credit card or other payment method is legitimate and has sufficient funds/credit to cover payments. The Customer making the payment confirms that he or she is the owner of the credit card used. DEMETRA MILANO stores Customers' payment method details for future transactions after obtaining consent through these Terms and Conditions.
  • Payment for the Service, to be made at the time of booking, will be made via credit card or other means payment provided by the Customer. 
  • In the event of irreparable damage to the Product or extra repairs, better described in Paragraph 13, or failure or delayed return, the Customer will have to pay a financial penalty equal to the extent of the damage or delay incurred. 
  • The Customer authorizes the amount due to be charged to his credit card and will avoid in any way preventing this procedure.
  • DEMETRA MILANO will make up to 3 attempts to debit the amount due using any card registered as a method of payment. If the Customer is in default, or subject to insolvency or bankruptcy proceedings, DEMETRA MILANO may: (a) immediately debit the balance due, including late fees, via a separate invoice; (b) employ a debt collection agency to receive payment, while it will be the Customer's responsibility to pay all reasonable costs (including legal fees) incurred by DEMETRA MILANO and/or the debt collection agency; and (c) report default information to credit bureaus.
  • The rental amounts will be highlighted separately, for each Product, on the Product sheet and on the email order confirmation. The fee for renting a Product includes the following services:
  • A rental fee;
  • B delivery and collection of the Product (only the first delivery and collection attempt);
  • C the costs of the sterilization and reconditioning process (in cases of normal use and wear) to which each is subjected
  • Product returned; The Customer is required to ascertain the final rental fee before completing the relevant order.
  • Any fees due to DEMETRA MILANO pursuant to these General Contract Conditions will be charged directly to the Customer to the payment method registered in the Customer's reserved area.
  • Any fees due to the Customer will be refunded to the payment method registered in the Customer's reserved area.
  • The Customer undertakes to notify any problems or discrepancies relating to payments within 60 days of their first appearance on his account. If no communication is received within 60 days, Customer agrees to waive their right to dispute such issues.
  • Default fees for late returns of products: in the event of failure to return one or more Products attributable to the Customer by the agreed date, the latter will be required to pay a penalty of Euro 30 (including VAT) for each day until the return. If the Customer does not return a Product after 7 (seven) working days, he will be required to pay the full price of the Product, i.e. the same price at which he could have purchased the Product (hereinafter "Purchase Price"), plus to the daily penalty accrued up to and including the seventh day.
  • Costs for Products damaged in a repairable way: DEMETRA MILANO charges a service fee which will vary based on the damage found on each individual Product following the detection of damage other than wear and tear due to normal use. 
  • This also includes Products returned from rental that require thorough cleaning, i.e. different from that for normal use. The Customer will also be required to pay the costs of repairs in respect of the damage specified in clause 13 within 7 days of the compensation notice.
  • Expenses for Products damaged beyond repair or in any case in such a way that they can no longer be rented: DEMETRA MILANO will charge the Customer the purchase price of the Product.
  • DEMETRA MILANO will communicate to the Customer, via e-mail, the amount to be compensated in the event of irreparable damage within 3 working days from the identification of the damage. The Customer will be required to pay, via a suitable payment method, the entire sum within 7 days of receiving the notice of compensation. In the event of non-payment, DEMETRA MILANO may directly debit the Customer to the payment method registered in the reserved area. of the Customer himself the amount due pursuant to the previous point.
  • Following payment of the total sales value, the Product will be delivered to the Customer, at his expense, who will become owner of the Product itself.

6 THE PRODUCTS

  • All items offered on the Site are in new or used condition.
  • The Products are as described in the site advertisements. However, photographs are not binding on the contract. The state of products shown in photos may differ slightly from the actual conditions of the Product. By using our services, the Customer accepts that the photographs are only indicative of the exact condition of the Products.
  • All Products are specially cleaned and maintained after each use by Customers.
  • All Products are marked, checked for quality and condition every time they enter and leave the rental warehouse. Through specialized personnel, DEMETRA MILANO will record the conditions of the Products every time they enter and leave the warehouse. 
  • This evidence will be kept in the DEMETRA MILANO records and used as a comparison of conditions and as evidence in case of discrepancies.

7 THE SERVICE

  • You can use the Service only if:
  • A you have registered on the Site; And
  • B the SECURITY DEPOSIT has been withheld.
  • The Service entitles the Customer to rent one Product at a time for a single transaction. Therefore, it will be possible to rent more products simultaneously by carrying out multiple transactions.
  • The Products are supplied on the basis of a rental contract and only possibly subsequently on sale with a promotion 15% on the retail price present in the SHOP section of the website www.demetramilano.com as the Product may be in new or used condition.
  • The rental period of a Product is chosen by the Customer on a calendar basis during the checkout process, in any case a Product it cannot be rented for less than 4 (four) days and no more than 6 (six) days.
  • The rental days start from the moment of receipt of the Product by the Customer.
  • Unless otherwise indicated on the Site, the rental may not be less than or exceed the rental period specified above.
  • At the end of the rental period, each Product must be returned to DEMETRA MILANO by the date communicated by email and visible in the Customer's reserved area.
  • The Customer accepts that, by ordering a Product, he will return it to DEMETRA MILANO which reserves the right to charge delay costs in accordance with these terms to the Customer using the service, as better specified in article 5.
  • This is a service for registered Customers: when a Customer orders a Product to be rented, DEMETRA MILANO will provide prepare the order immediately. It will be possible to make a return within 12 hours of receiving the order, as specified in Paragraph 9 relating to the return policies of these Terms and Conditions.

8 REQUESTED PRODUCT NOT AVAILABLE

  • If one or more Products ordered are not available for delivery on the day booked by the Customer (by way of example and not exhaustive, delay in shipment from another Customer or for other reasons), it will be the responsibility of DEMETRA MILANO to promptly notify the Customer and offer the possibility of choosing a replacement Product of equal value without additional costs, or of renting another of higher value paying the difference.

9 RENTAL RETURNS

  • If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with the rented Product, he can request it, depending on his preferences of the Customer, no later than 12 hours from receipt of the order, a voucher that can be spent on the site or a refund. 
  • The amount of the voucher/credit voucher or refund is equal to the rental amount net of shipping costs.
  • Return instructions: to make the return the Customer must access their reserved area and select the Product ordered that he wishes to return.
  • Once the return has been made in your reserved area, the Customer will receive a confirmation email indicating the expected collection date.
  • The waybill will already be present in the package upon delivery of the Product.
  • The shipping costs for the return will be borne by the Customer and will be charged after collection by the courier.
  • Reimbursement: once the return has been processed, the Customer will receive a confirmation email, after which DEMETRA MILANO will undertake to refund the rental amount net of shipping costs within 14 days of return confirmation.
  • Credit voucher/voucher: once the return has been processed, the Customer will receive a voucher by email equal to the rental amount, al net of shipping costs, which you can use within 6 months of receipt. This voucher is not to be considered cumulative and must be used in its entirety in a rental order with a value equal to or greater than the voucher issued.
  • Rental return policy: the barcode and any labels must be intact and attached to the items you want return. The jewelery must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way and must not show any signs of use.
  • The items must be returned using the original labels, packaging and other accessories that may be present in the package (dustbags, covers, etc). Furthermore, the items to be returned must be placed in the package in the same way as you received them and the package must be closed with a resistant sticker. DEMETRA MILANO reserves the right to refuse returns sent via other couriers not specified in the confirmation email. 
  • DEMETRA MILANO reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the Return Policy detailed in these Terms and Conditions. In the event of an unauthorized return, the items will be returned to the shipping address provided by the Customer and specified in the original order and in this case they will be charged to the
  • Customer the price of the Service. Before authorizing the return and activating the voucher or crediting the refund, DEMETRA MILANO will reserves the right to request photographic support if the reason for the return is related to Product defects or incorrect items.

10 DELIVERY

  • The Products ordered on the Site will be delivered to the Customer at the address and on the date indicated by the Customer. It is understood that, in the event that the courier responsible for transport has no way to deliver the Product due to the absence of the recipient Customer, the same will make a second attempt on the first working day following delivery. The first effective day of rental coincides with delivery by the courier.
  • DEMETRA MILANO will in no case be responsible for delivery delays attributable to the Customer.
  • Following two unsuccessful delivery attempts, for reasons attributable to the Customer, the order for the Service is placed canceled and the amount credited to the Customer net of shipping costs.
  • The Customer acknowledges that, with respect to the selected rental start date, he may receive the Product 24 hours in advance.
  • It is understood that the rental period begins from the moment of delivery of the Product to the Customer.
  • Each package will be sent via a secure courier with a tracked delivery service. Shipping costs are included in the prezzo del noleggio.
  • The Products will be delivered to the Customer in a special box containing:
  • A The Product;
  • B Waybill for the return of the Product to be affixed upon return on the same box in which it is placed the Product is received (which therefore must be kept);
  • C Instructions for the return procedure.
  • This Service is reserved for Italy and DEMETRA MILANO will not organize delivery or collection to any address outside of Italy.
  • The Customer can change the delivery option within 2 hours of placing the order with communication to be sent to the following email address info@demetramilano.com

11 RETURN OF THE PRODUCT

  • The Rental Period starts from the day of receipt of the Product by the Customer to the return of the Product to the courier.
  • The Product is considered to be in the Customer's possession until it is delivered to the courier for agreed collection. If a Product is left unattended before collection, it is considered still in the possession of the Customer who is responsible for it. 
  • For further information on late fees for late delivery attributable to the Customer, see article 5.9.
  • The Customer must return the Product ordered to DEMETRA MILANO in safe packaging suitable for transport, which includes:
  • A A sturdy box (if it is not the same box delivered);
  • B An adhesive closing tape;
  • C Protective packaging, if necessary;
  • D Waybill received upon receipt of the order.
  • The Customer agrees to return the Product to DEMETRA MILANO via a collection from a predetermined date and destination, such as agreed with DEMETRA MILANO when placing the rental order.
  • In the event of a delayed or failed return of the rented Product, please refer to Paragraph 5 of these Terms and Conditions.

12 RISK AND INSURANCE

  • The Customer is required to contact DEMETRA MILANO customer service customer@demetramilano.com if he has not received the
  • Product ordered within 72 hours of shipment. If not communicated within 72 hours of shipment, DEMETRA MILANO will consider the Product ordered as received and the Customer will be responsible for it.
  • During the rental period, risk and responsibility for the Products pass immediately to the Customer.
  • If a Product is lost, stolen or damaged during the rental period, the Customer is responsible for the costs of restoration or compensation for the Product as better specified in the various cases in Article 5 of the following Terms and Conditions.
  • The Customer accepts that during the rental period he will take care of the Product sent, so that it is returned therein conditions in which it was sent except normal wear and tear, as further specified in clause 13.

13 DAMAGE

  • The Customer undertakes to take all precautions to avoid the theft, loss or damage of a Product during the
  • Rental period, including, but not limited to, avoiding exposing the Product to the following elements, That Not are considered normal wear and tear:

            Salt water or chlorinated water

             Impact/shock/tear/cut

             Inks (including, but not limited to, pens, markers, etc.) or paints

             Permanent liquids/chemicals/perfumes

             Sharp objects or objects that can scratch or cut

             Creams

             Food

  • If the Customer returns a Product with serious damage or damage beyond normal wear and tear, the Customer agrees to be responsible for:
  • A All repairs or cleaning necessary to restore the products to its original condition;
  • B the purchase price of the Product (see Article 5)
  • C All administrative and delivery costs incurred in repairing or replacing the products.
  • If a Product is returned with missing items, the Customer may be charged for the cost of replacement of the item, if possible, or the cost of replacing the entire Product. This includes, but is not limited to, failure to return the following items:

           Packaging

           Chains

           Carabiners

           Nameplate

  • If the Customer returns a Product that has damage (repairable or irreparable) that is not considered normal wear and tear:
  • A DEMETRA MILANO will inform the Customer via e-mail or telephone within 3 working days;
  • B DEMETRA MILANO reserves the right to suspend the processing of subsequent orders until the order problem is resolved in question
  • C DEMETRA MILANO will request a quote for repair or transformation, which can take up to a week;
  • D DEMETRA MILANO will communicate the amount of the estimate to the Customer, calculated as specified in Article 5, within 3 working days of receipt of the same;
  • E DEMETRA MILANO reserves the right to charge the entire amount of the estimate communicated to the payment method registered or to ask the Customer to pay this amount by an alternative method;
  • F Failure to compensate for damages will result in the provisions of Article 5.

MODIFICATION, LOSS, THEFT AND COUNTERFEITING

  • For the entire Rental Period the Customer must not: in any way modify the state of the Products; by way of example and not exhaustively, the Customer must not make changes or additions to the product that are not explicitly agreed and authorized in writing by DEMETRA MILANO. transfer the Product or Products in use in any capacity to third parties or allow restrictions or rights of third parties to be created on the same which are likely to damage the rights of DEMETRA MILANO; in any way delay the return of the Product (more information on any penalties in Article 5);
  • Each Product will be subjected to quality checks every time it enters and leaves the warehouse to track its status and the authenticity, possibly also through photographic proof of the Product if discrepancies are found compared to the normal conditions of the Product itself.
  • In case of loss, theft or any damage during the rental period, the Customer is required to: contact DEMETRA MILANO immediately via customer@demetramilano.com notify the competent authorities of the suspicion of theft or loss; collect dated evidence of any damage, loss or theft in the event of any of these events.
  • DEMETRA MILANO will conduct an investigation into any counterfeit, lost or stolen products and will be able to:
  • A inform the competent authorities;
  • B report the theft of the Product;
  • C and take action to recover the money for the goods.
  • The Customer accepts that if he returns a counterfeit Product instead of the original Product sent, DEMETRA MILANO
  • D treats the Product as stolen;
  • E takes measures to recover the value of the counterfeit Products from the Customer;
  • F inform the competent authorities.

RISK AND OWNERSHIP

  • The risk of the Products is transferred at the beginning of the rental period and will continue until the Products are returned to DEMETRA MILANO.
  • The Customer is aware and acknowledges that responsibility and interest in a Product will remain with the Customer only during the pre-agreed rental period and will automatically return to us upon expiration of this period and unless the Product is promptly returned.
  • The agreement between the Customer and DEMETRA MILANO for the Service authorizes the Customer to use the Products for personal use only.
  • The Customer agrees not to do the following with the products in his possession:
  • A resell;
  • B lend unless previously agreed with DEMETRA MILANO.
  • C allow use by another person unless previously agreed with DEMETRA MILANO.
  • D use the products for any commercial use unless previously agreed with DEMETRA MILANO.
  • The Customer who has rented a Product has the right to proceed with its definitive purchase at the retail purchase price indicated on the relevant Product sheet in the shop section of the website www.demetramilano.com with a 15% promotion
  • Each Product can be purchased exclusively after a rental cycle by the same Customer who wishes to carry out one the purchase. DEMETRA MILANO reserves the right not to recognize the right to purchase one or more Products on the Site at its discretion without having to provide a reason.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • The Products are provided for private use only. If a Customer uses the Products for different purposes DEMETRA MILANO is required to request compensation for damages and in any case DEMETRA MILANO will have no liability towards the Customer for any loss of profit, loss of business, interruption of business or loss of commercial opportunities. Nothing in these Terms limits your legal rights as a consumer. If the Product is used for commercial purposes and/or creates damage to the image of DEMETRA MILANO, damages may be requested.
  • If the Customer is dissatisfied with the Service, the Site or these General Terms and Conditions, his sole remedy is pursuant to of these Terms will be to no longer browse the site and, in the case of products already booked and paid for, to interrupt the Service, after having used the last rentals and returned the Products in the manner indicated on the Site. DEMETRA MILANO will not be responsible for any failures or delays resulting from matters beyond the reasonable control of DEMETRA MILANO and will not be responsible for any damage caused by the inability to use the Service indicated on the Site and in these "Terms and Conditions".

PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

  • DEMETRA MILANO's policy is to respect and protect the privacy of anyone who visits the Site. Please consult DEMETRA MILANO's Privacy Policy for further details on how DEMETRA MILANO processes Customers' personal data and their rights in relation to such processing.

PURCHASES FOLLOWING RENTAL

  • Through the Site, registered Customers can - once the Product has been rented - opt for its permanent purchase. The Customer acknowledges that the Products may have been pre-used at the time of purchase.
  • The Products for permanent purchase are sold at the purchase price indicated on the Website www.demetramilano.com in the SHOP section. In any case, the purchase is an option that can only be exercised following the rental of the Product itself so that the Customer has the possibility of having awareness of any possible imperfection/wear of the Product for which DEMETRA MILANO will not be liable for this reason.
  • After taking advantage of the rental, if the Customer decides to keep the Product or products he will receive a promotional discount of 15% on the retail price indicated on the website www.demetramilano.com in the SHOP section.
  • For this type of sales, returns are not accepted also due to the fact that the purchase is an option that can only be exercised after the rental, therefore the Customer has the right to analyze the Product before choosing to purchase it and therefore purchases by "seen and liked".   
  • EXCLUSION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
  • The Customer does NOT have the right to exercise the right of withdrawal provided for by the articles. 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code as amended by Legislative Decree.
  • 21/2014), since this contract falls within the hypothesis of exclusion of this right contemplated by the art. 59, paragraph 1, letter. n) of the Consumer Code (as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014), having as its object a service concerning free time activities and providing for a specific execution period in the contract.
  • APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
  • Any dispute relating to the application, execution, interpretation and violation of rental and purchase contracts stipulated through the Site is subject to Italian law and in particular to the Consumer Code, Chapter I "Consumer rights in contracts" - thus as amended by Legislative Decree 21 February 2014, n. 21 - with specific reference to the legislation on distance contracts and to the legislative decree of 9 April 2003 n. 70 on certain aspects concerning electronic commerce. For any dispute between the parties regarding this Contract, the Court of Milan will have exclusive jurisdiction. 
  • FINAL PROVISIONS
  • The Contract is governed by Italian law and is subject to modifications and/or additions imposed with specific acts and/or provisions of a nature legislative and regulatory.
  • These General Conditions have been viewed and accepted by the Customer, who acknowledges them, as this step is made mandatory before the conclusion of the Contract. This document, viewed and accepted by the Customer, also intends to fulfill the information obligations to which the Supplier is required in compliance with the regulatory provisions established by the Consumer Code for distance contracts and for contracts negotiated away from commercial premises.
