ORDERS

You can place an order for Demetramilano products in the following way:
-Create an account on this website by registering the required details and creating a password that will be associated with the corresponding username.
–Complete and submit the online order through your account.
–Your order will be processed within the next 72 hours of receipt.

SHIPPING

In Italy shipping is included in the price. IN EUROPE: shipping is €20.00.
Shipping takes approximately 15 working days to be shipped to Italy and the islands. In European Union countries, orders are usually shipped within 20/25 working days.
Shipments may be delayed due to customs procedures as you may need to pay customs duties before the shipment is successful in some countries that are not part of the European Union.
It is mandatory to declare the total value of the goods (excluding shipping costs) in all packages addressed to countries outside the European Union. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking code to the email address associated with your order.

Shipments may be subject to import taxes and fees that are imposed once the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional costs for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them in any way.

DELAYED DELIVERY

If you do not receive your order within 15 business days of receiving shipping confirmation, please contact our customer service at customer@demetramilano.com

MODIFICATION OF AN ORDER

Unfortunately we cannot cancel or modify an order that has already been processed. By law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days of delivery. Send us your cancellation order via email to customer@demetramilano.com and return the products in their original condition, without having been opened or used.

RETURNS

It is very important to us that you are fully satisfied with your order. If there is a problem, contact our customer service at the email address customer@demetramilano.com indicating your order identification number and the problem, we will do our best to send you feedback as soon as possible.
If the product does not meet your expectations, we only accept returns if the item has not been opened and/or used. Returns must be made within 14 days of the purchase date. Return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. The refund will be made as soon as the goods are received following inspection. Send an email to customer@demetramilano.com indicating the order number.
