-DEMETRA jewels are made in Italy in our laboratory.
-We use natural and imperfect materials chosen for their beauty and uniqueness. Therefore products may present small irregularities in terms of shape and color.
-We suggest to keep away from chemicals. In case on any contact with salty or chlorine water wash with fresh water and gently wipe with a soft cloth.
-The DEMETRA logo is made of brass. All product are nickel free.
-Every jewel is individually stored in handmade leather pouches made in Italy in our laboratory. We use real leather coming from an upcycling process in order to give you a long lasting material. Colors and variety of leathers will be different.
-Avoid tearing or pulling the jewelry and store inside packaging away from heat sources.

– E’ preferibile evitare il contatto diretto con sostanze chimiche. Se il gioiello viene a contatto con acqua salata o contenente cloro, sciacquarlo successivamente con acqua dolce per evitare che l’argento si danneggi.
– I componenti in argento possono essere lucidati con un panno morbido.
– Tenere il gioiello in posizione distesa nella sua custodia e lontano da fonti di calore.
– Le custodie sono realizzate a mano nel nostro laboratorio. Sono in vera pelle acquistata da giacenze di magazzino pertanto il colore e la tipologia di pellame potrebbe variare. Ci teniamo a donarvi un materiale durevole, 100% naturale e che proviene da un processo di upcycling.
– Evitare di tirare o strappare il gioiello.
